How Do I Transfer My .com Domain to DigiHost?
DigiHost has decided to make this process as easy as possible for you. Here are the simple steps you need to follow so as to transfer your .com domain over to DigiHost.
1. Contact your previous host and get your EPP Key Code or Domain Authorization Key
2. Place an order with DigiHost and email support@digiworks.co.za with your EPP key
3. DigiHost will then initiate the transfer Contact your previous host and tell them to accept the transfer (Please note, it can take from 1-2 days to transfer your .com domain. )
Please note sometimes you will receive an email as per the images below in which you need to authorise the transfer. Please keep an eye on your email inbox.
